Please note that these prices are based on basic configurations and the most affordable materials.
If you choose premium materials such as linden, alder, aspen, abachi, thermo-linden, thermo-aspen, thermo-ash, as well as additional options like panoramic windows, full glass doors, Himalayan salt or juniper panels, LED lighting, water systems, ventilation upgrades, or any custom features, the final price will be calculated individually.
